Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Share.Ninja, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

Your Account

You may use Share.Ninja without an account. Signing in keeps your shares on every device you own, lengthens link lifetimes and raises storage limits. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the content you share. You may not use Share.Ninja to distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, or copyrighted material without authorization. Anyone with a share link can report abusive content directly from its download page. Reports are reviewed, and we reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, and block devices that violate these terms.

Service Limits

Shares are subject to storage limits and link lifetimes that depend on the plan; see Pricing. Paid plans raise those limits. We may adjust limits with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all files you share through Share.Ninja. We do not claim any rights over your content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your files solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Limitation of Liability

Share.Ninja is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime or data availability. We are not liable for any data loss, unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account, or damages arising from the use of our service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Contact

Please use the feedback form on our Support page for questions and feedback. Questions about these terms, or content you want to bring to our attention? Use the form on our Support page. Abusive content can also be reported directly from any share's page.
